When one considers all the things that are in existence, the created things, they all point to the glory of the Creator.
What should we do with this knowledge? What should our reaction be? When we see tremendous design in everything made—do we assume it was all by accident? I say emphatically, unequivocally, indisputably, no!
When all the facts seen in creation point to an intelligent and powerful designer…
- When we comprehend these things, we must proclaim as the psalmist did and say, “
- I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well” (Psa. 139:14).
- Yes, our reaction needs to be praise toward our awesome God.
- Praise for His power, for His love and for His gift—His Son Jesus Christ our Savior.
- Amazing is how many, even today, with all the technology we have at our fingertips are able to examine things down to the smallest particles.
- Yet, people still worship the things that were made and not the awesome God Who made them.
- People still, willfully deny God and Christ as the Creators that they are.
- We are surrounded by a world that is admittedly ignorant of the God of the Bible yet insist He does not exist.
- This has given way to thousands of artificial religious reflections that are amalgams of true faith.
- But Isaiah wrote, “I am the Lord, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images” (Isa. 42:8)
- Even Jesus came to this world—bringing more proof—and He said, “If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.” (John 15:22)
God—from the beginning has been speaking to the world through His creation—are you listening?
